Once our assemblies are welded, we don’t just call it a day. We properly anneal and stress relieve the steel and weldments with our in-house oven, making sure that your project is ready to perform at its highest level.
We also use our oven to preheat steel before the weld process. This allows the weld to penetrate deep into the product and not be shocked by the ambient temperature of cold steel, resulting in a slower set for a stronger weld.
If you have your own products that you’re building, but can’t justify having an oven of your own, feel free to contact us to use ours. Our oven can handle products up to 8' x 10' x 24' and temperatures up to 1,500°F.
